More predistributionarianist boondogglery. Wonks’ Baubles again.

Predistribution: the latest Wonks’ Bauble favoured among what passes as the intelligentsia of the Labour Party, gets another airing in the Guardian, courtesy of Martin O’Neill:

Predistribution of human capital, through education and training, fosters self-respect and economic agency, while predistribution of capital stakes gives people the kind of independence that comes with being less in thrall to the vagaries of the labour market.

And so on. Sounds like Stewart Pearson from The Thick of It, or Matthew Taylor of the RSA.
